The design of this website, our own text, graphics, guides and the SmartVPro name and logo are the intellectual property of SmartVPro and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.

5. Content, Channels & Availability
Channel line-ups, on-demand libraries, picture quality and features (such as EPG data and catch-up) are provided on an “as available” basis and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time without notice, including as a result of broadcaster decisions, rights changes, maintenance or events outside our control. Figures such as “34,000+ channels” or “195,000+ films and series” are approximate and describe the size of the catalogue at the time of publication, not a guarantee that every individual channel or title will be available at every moment.
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, home network, device and the player application you use. Minimum recommended speeds and setup guidance are published in our setup guide, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming on every connection. 6. Third-Party Apps, Devices & Links
SmartVPro recommends and provides setup instructions for third-party player applications (such as CR Player) and consumer devices (such as the Amazon Fire TV Stick, Smart TVs, Android boxes and Apple devices). SmartVPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same. Valid notices are reviewed within 24 hours and we cooperate with rights holders and, where required, with the relevant authorities.
Customer accounts found to be involved in unauthorised redistribution of content are suspended in line with our repeat-infringer policy.
