Terms & Conditions

Your rights and responsibilities as a SmartVPro subscriber

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and SmartVPro (“we”, “us”) when you use iptvv-ca.ca, request a C$1.99 trial or purchase an IPTV subscription. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. By placing an order or using the service you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features, change payment options or when the law changes. The updated version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and material changes are also sent to the email address on your account. If you continue to use the service after a change takes effect you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and, where the change materially disadvantages you during a paid period, contact us for a pro-rata refund of the unused time.

2. Eligibility & Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase a subscription. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you allow other members of your household to use the service you remain responsible for their use and for ensuring that any parental controls you require are set on your device or player application.

3. Your Account & Login Details

Your subscription is delivered as a set of login details (and, where applicable, a device or MAC-based activation). These details are personal to you. You must keep them confidential, must not publish or resell them, and must tell us immediately at support@smartvpro.co.uk if you believe they have been compromised so that we can reset them. SmartVPro staff will never ask you for your password by phone, WhatsApp or email.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when you order and to keep it up to date so that we can send activation details, renewal reminders and important service notices.

4. Acceptable Use

The service is provided for personal, private, non-commercial viewing in your home or on your personal devices. You agree that you will not: (a) re-stream, record for redistribution, publicly perform, broadcast, sell or otherwise make available any content received through the service; (b) share, sell or lend your login details or use them on more simultaneous devices than your plan allows; (c) use bots, scrapers, automated tools or any method to extract playlists, streams or data from the service; (d) attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with any security, authentication or rate-limiting feature; (e) use the service in a way that is unlawful in the country where you access it or that infringes the rights of any third party.

Breach of this section entitles us to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund, and we may report unlawful redistribution to the relevant authorities.

5. Device Limits & Simultaneous Connections

Each plan includes a fixed number of simultaneous connections (one to four devices, as shown on the subscription page). You may install the player app on more devices than that, but only the permitted number can stream at the same time. Attempting to exceed the limit will interrupt streams on the additional devices and repeated attempts may result in suspension. If your household needs more connections you can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting support.

6. C$1.99 Trial

Our 24-hour trial is a paid, one-off test of the service on one device for C$1.99. It starts when we activate your login, ends automatically after 24 hours, does not renew and does not convert into a paid subscription unless you ask us to activate one. The trial is intended for genuine evaluation: we may decline repeated trial requests from the same person, household, device or payment method. Full details are on the trial page.

7. Prices, Payments & Renewals

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are the total amount payable unless a tax is stated separately at checkout. Each subscription is a single, one-off payment for the full plan period; we do not take recurring payments, set up pre-authorized debits or store your card details. Accepted payment methods (including Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are listed on the subscription page and may change without notice. Payment instructions are sent by email after you place your order; Interac e-Transfers are confirmed manually. Card payments are processed by independent, PCI-compliant payment providers under their own terms.

Your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. Shortly before a plan ends we send a reminder; if you do not renew, access simply stops at the end of the paid period and nothing further is charged. Prices for new or renewed plans may change from time to time, but the price you paid for a current plan will not change during that plan.

8. Activation & Delivery

Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, by placing an order you expressly request that we begin supplying the service straight away and acknowledge that activation takes place as soon as your payment is confirmed. From that point our 7-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy applies, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory.

9. Streaming Quality & Service Availability

Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet speed and stability, home Wi-Fi, device performance, the player application you choose and network congestion at your ISP. We publish recommended minimum speeds in our setup guide. Channel line-ups, on-demand catalogues and features are provided on an “as available” basis and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice as a result of maintenance, technical faults, changes made by third-party providers or events outside our control. We aim for the highest possible uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. VPN & Proxy Use

You may use the service over a VPN or proxy for your own privacy. You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to misrepresent your location, to circumvent regional restrictions or to conceal a breach of these Terms. We cannot provide support for streaming problems caused by a VPN, and we recommend disabling it when troubleshooting.

11. Internet Access & Data Usage

You are responsible for obtaining and paying for the internet connection and any mobile data used to access the service. High-definition and 4K streams use several gigabytes per hour; if your broadband or mobile plan has a data cap you should monitor your usage. Charges from your ISP or mobile network are not our responsibility.

12. Third-Party Apps, Devices & Purchases

We recommend and provide guides for third-party player applications and consumer devices. These are made by independent companies and are subject to their own licences, terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, updates or performance. If you buy a device, app or any other product from a third party – including via a link on our website – that purchase is between you and the seller, and SmartVPro is not a party to it.

13. Suspension, Termination & Downtime

We may suspend or restrict the service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or to resolve technical or security issues, and we will try to give notice where practical. We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour towards our staff, initiate a chargeback for a service you have received, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection legislation of your Canadian province or territory. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable when you placed your order, for any business losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability to you in respect of any subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription period.

15. Intellectual Property

The SmartVPro name, logo, website design, guides and other original material on this site belong to SmartVPro and may not be copied or reused without permission. Trademarks, channel names and logos belonging to third parties are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. We respect intellectual property rights and operate the takedown procedure described in our DMCA & Copyright Notice.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where SmartVPro is operated. If you are a consumer living in Canada, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your province or territory and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows it. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@smartvpro.co.uk – we resolve almost every issue within 24 hours.
