Go wired or move to 5 GHz. Wi-Fi interference from neighbours is common in Canadian condos and apartment buildings. Plug an Ethernet cable into your box or TV, or connect to your router’s 5 GHz network for a cleaner signal.
Restart everything. Power-cycle the streaming device, then the router and modem (unplug for 30 seconds). This clears stuck DNS and memory issues that cause freezing pictures.
